PROTON is positioning its outlets as one-stop centres to ensure customers get a holistic experience for both sales and service functions. The outlet expansion will likely improve sales and service and PROTON is at the fore front of changing customer perceptions by upgrading the services it offers to prove that with greater care towards customer satisfaction, it is possible to improve their perception towards the brand and thus help boost market growth.
Having stated its target to achieve, Proton confirmed that it exceeded its 3S/4S outlet target and that more applications to open such outlets were still being received.
